Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. , informs Users of the existence of a computerised personal data file registered in the R.G.P.D. (General Data Protection Register), created with the aim of managing the relationship with users, customers and potential customers.

TRANSMISSION AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The transmission of personal data is compulsory in order to contact and receive information about the products and services of Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. Not providing the personal data requested or not accepting this data protection policy entails the impossibility of subscribing, registering or receiving information about the products and services of Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A.

Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of transmitting personal data, shall be incorporated into the file owned by Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. with Tax Identification Code A-14596076 and domiciled in C/Gabriel Ramos Bejarano, 114. Polígono Industrial Las Quemadas, 14014 Córdoba, having implemented all the security measures established in Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 June.

PRECISION AND VERACITY OF THE DATA PROVIDED
Users who transmit information to Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. are the only parties responsible for the veracity and correction of the data enclosed, exonerating Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. from any responsibility in this regard. Users guarantee and respond, in any case, for the precision, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them up to date as required.

Users accept providing complete and correct information on the registration or subscription form.

Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. declines responsibility for the veracity of information not compiled by them and in connection with which another source is indicated, so it does not assume any responsibility, either, with respect to any hypothetical damage that might arise from the use of such information.

PURPOSES
The purposes of data-mining are: to develop activities and provide information on Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. products.

TRANSFERRING DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. shall not transfer any users' data to third parties. However, if they are transferred to any company, information will be given about this prior to the data collection, requesting the express consent from the party in question.

COMPUTER SECURITY MEASURES
Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. has adopted the legally required personal data protection security levels included in RD 994/1999 on Security Measures. Notwithstanding this, we have other additional means, such as latest generation firewalls, as well as technical measures such as software to encrypt confidential information and control access to personal information, restricted users, security policies, user names and passwords that expire as required by the LOPD (Personal Data Organic Law), and other systems aimed at avoiding the incorrect use, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the personal data provided by Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. shall not be responsible for any possible damage that might be derived from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of its electronic system, motivated by causes unrelated to Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. of delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloads in the C.P.D. (Data Processing Centre), in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as damage that might be caused by third parties via illegitimate intromissions beyond the control of Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT
The User declares he is aware of the conditions on personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the computerised processing of such data by Magtel Redes de Telecomunicaciones S.A. in the way and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
